Tyson recalls chicken breast tenderloinsThe U.S. Food Safety and Inspection Service announced the recall of about 51,360 pounds of Tyson-brand raw frozen chicken breast due to mislabeling. Tyson Foods, Inc. of Vicksburg, Miss., said the chicken breast tenderloin products might contain undeclared soy, posing a health hazard for people allergic to that food product. The recalled products, also sold under the brand names Sysco, Heritage Valley and Spare Time, were shipped to Tyson food service distributors nationwide. Consumers with questions about the recall can contact the company at 866-328-3156.
