The Social Network's friends bring the movie $23 million

"The Social Network," the most awaited film about the Internet wunderkind who founded Facebook, topped the box office opening weekend with $23 million in ticket sales.
The movie which stars newcomer Jesse Eisenberg , Mara Rooney, Andrew Garfield, and Justin Timberlake, received overwhelmingly positive reviews from critics
The Social Network's budget was rumored to be in range of $45 million to $52 million, and Sony is expecting the movie to bring in a total of $100 million.
