Elena Vnorovscaia / Chişinău / Moldova.ORG / -- Now that is interesting news. Did you know that legendary Apple’s co-founder Steve Jobs was adopted as an infant? He was!
All what we know today about his family which raised the genius Apple’s CEO is that they were a working-class couple from Mountain View, California.
But now it is his real father’s turn to step in Job’s life. At least that is how wants to believe Abdulfattah John Jandali, a 80 years old Syrian immigrant who came to the US a few decades ago who found out a few years ago that Steve Jobs is his biological son.
The story tells us that Steve Jobs was an abandoned child of Jandali and his now-ex-wife Joanne Simpson whose father was against the idea of his daughter marrying a Syrian. That is how it has happened that iPad and iPhone inventor was given to adoption many years ago.
Now Abdulfattah John Jandali says: “This might sound strange, though, but I am not prepared, even if either of us was on our deathbeds, to pick up the phone to call him”.
Also Jobs’ father ensures the world that he being the vice president of a casino in Reno doesn’t need his son’s billions: “Steve will have to do that, as the Syrian pride in me does not want him ever to think I am after his fortune”.
Also the very Sirian pride obviously doesn’t let him call his son. Instead he writes e-mails on and on, hoping that Steve will want to meet his real dad being on his deathbed.
Jandali also sayas that he would love the two can get a cup of coffee and talk about their lives.
Sirian adds that he regrets about the adoption. Unfortunately there is no more information on whether Steve Jobs wants to meet his father.
