Prepare for MySpace news!
MySpace announced that is preparing to debut a new service-the News service. This service will be built on Newroo platform able to collect news from multiple sources and display the headlines on a single page.
MySpace News will be based on the principle by receiving headlines from numerous sources and displaying them on a separate sub-domain owned by the parent company.
The product should be launched today according to TechCrunch, and will contain 25 categories and 300 news channels such as sports, technology or politics.
Although rumors about this product were spread a long time ago, the company refused to comment them and kept the service private until today. Now, Google must take attitude and improve the News service that wasn't too promoted recently. Google News is currently the most popular news solution on the Internet, millions of readers visiting the page every day.
