Perfect deal: Google Empire buys Motorola Mobility for $12.5 billion in cash
Elena Vnorovscaia / Chişinău / Moldova.ORG / -- Search giant and Android maker Google has today shacked-up the Android and mobile world with its announcement that Google buys the world known mobile maker “Motorola Mobility”. The deal will bring to Motorola $12.5 billion in cash.
Reportedly, Google is going to pay $40 in cash money for every Motorola Mobility share, for to “supercharge the Android ecosystem and will enhance competition in mobile computing”'.
The taken measures are made in order to dub down lawsuit worries that is possible due to the fact that Motorola has a solid patent portfolio that would make Android and Android device makers less susceptible targets.

Together, we will create amazing user experiences that supercharge the entire Android ecosystem for the benefit of consumers, partners and developers. I look forward to welcoming Motorolans to our family of Googlers", said Google CEO Larry Page.
According to the theory Motorola Mobility is set to operate as a separate business within the Google Empire.
