Paris Hilton has won the claim
Moldova.ORG -- The TV star, model, actress and the successor of hotel Empire Hilton, Paris Hilton has won the judicial claim against site ParisExposed.com. On the last Friday the federal court has temporarily forbidden to place on this resource of a photo, video, diaries and other materials of Paris.
One week ago Hilton has addressed in court with the statement of claim, she has accused a site of use her personal things for extraction of commercial benefit. As it was found out, two years ago Paris’s house attacked by robbers, and she decided to find a new residence. For the period of crossing the famous model has put her personal things in one of warehouses in Los Angeles.
However after a while Paris has forgotten about it, and things have remained in a warehouse. Recently all these subjects, including letters, diaries and photos, have been bought for 2775 US dollars by married couple Haniss. The enterprising couple has resold all star’s things for 10 million US dollars to businessman Bardia Persa, and that has created the site ParisExposed.com.
Resource ParisExposed.com giving the content exclusively on a paid subscription, has been started in January of this year. Access to photos and video with participation of Paris was offered its users for a price of 39.97 US dollars. Besides on a site there was information from the passport, a medical card and other personal data of the star.
According to Elliott Minz, representative of Hilton, it was the most inconsiderate intrusion into a private life of the public person. Minz is satisfied by the decision of court.
