Nintendo DS gets a camera

Nintendo announced the camera Go!Cam the already feature laden Nintendo DS. It is design to slot into the GBA (Game Boy Advance) port on the bottom of the DS, more than that it comes with a mini tripod stand which holds the DS handheld sideways four you.

Along with the DS Camera, Nintendo is releasing an associated game that makes use of it, called Face Training. The face training game shows example pictures and instructions of different “faces” to make, which you are to mimic and see yourself in the second screen by use of the DS camera on the handheld game. Have fun exercising your facial muscles.

There is no information about a release in US or Europe, but we shall hope that, the Nintendo team will not forget about its fans in other coins of the world.

The Go!Cam will be available in Japan from August at the price of 4,800 Yen.
