Samsung can be proud of its new device, the Samsung SGH-F508 handset which is capable of providing the most evolved solutions for high-quality DivX video playback.
Samsung received DivX certification for the F500 phone model in the past, too.

For this reason, "Adding the Samsung F508 phone to the family of DivX Certified devices gives users on-the-go access to a wide variety of digital media and ensures the high-quality experience that video aficionados demand and DivX users expect", he further added.
The large, swiveling LCD screen and high image rendering performances are the main reasons for Samsung SGH-F508 receiving the DivX Certification. Users of this handset can watch high-quality DivX movies the mobile way, anywhere and anytime.
This can come from their personal collections, the DivX Stage6 video website, or through other mobile content services. The mobile phone has gone through a tough testing program, including reliable video creation and playback.
The first who will have to meet this device is the Chinese market. The device will be available till the end of the year, no date specified.
