First Japanese tablet - ALIMO-IAT PSR701!
Elena Vnorovscaia / Chişinău / Moldova.ORG / -- Well known in Japan I-O Data has released its latest Android Slate ALIMO-IAT PSR701. It is the first one tablet for this company.
Designed to offer the basic Android Slate experience, I-O Data however made sure that their slate will also be compatible with their AV and Network AV Product by being capable to access to stored media (Audio, Video, Photo) on any I-O Data’s products (DLNA) as well as being capable to be used as a remote controlled for any Video Recorder and other Media player sold by I-O Data.
So the device is made to experience basic Android Slate features, it is unfortunately runs on Android 2.2 Froyo but it is scheduled to receive Android 2.3 update in near future.
The first I-O Data ALIMI IAT PSR701 tablet has the next specs:
- 7-inch (800×480) display screen
- Bluetooth 2.0 (HSPA/A2DP)
- Flash Player 10.1
- WiFi BGN
- 3.2MP rear camera and a front-facing 2MP camera
The I-O Data slate will be arrived in Japan during the month of august this year at price of 34,800 Yen ($450).
