Facebook went down worldwide early today
Facebook went down for a short period of time early on Wednesday in many parts of the world. Many users of the website have learnt that the website isn’t functional when they tried to log in. Facebook administration did not release a statement in this regard yet.
Reactions appeared on Twitter, the users expressing their dissatisfaction.
“I already thought my boss has prevented my access to Facebook due to overuse,” said Karoliina Harjanne on Twitter.
A staff journalist from Helsingin Sanomat reported on Twitter that “Facebook is down for about half of the users. Seems to be global and Facebook is trending worldwide.”
Facebook went down in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Romania, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and others.
