An American demands from Yahoo! 20 million for her face
A woman that lives in the state of Ohio Shannon Stovall demands from Yahoo! twenty millions dollars for use of her photo in the advertising purposes, it is informed on site The Inquirer.
Stovall has found out the photo on an advertising banner in the letter confirming creation of a post account in system Yahoo! Mail. The similar coincidence of circumstances can be named successful for Stovall which for the first time has taken advantage of services of this company.
Besides twenty millions dollars of indemnification of mental cruelty, the woman consider on a part of profit on advertising with use of its private property (her face) which has received Yahoo!. Besides of that, the American intends to demand from the company to pay her attorneys which she called from 3 firms.
While representatives from Yahoo! have not commented on the given incident.
