Live Earth event was a great show, which took place in some big city of the Earth. The purpose of the show was ro remind people how important is for all of us the Earth.

The live concerts from New York, London, Hamburg and several other major cities around the world could be seen over Microsoft's MSN network. As of 3 p.m. Saturday, MSN had delivered more than 10 million video streams, the company said.

"The over 10 million streams MSN has delivered so far today represent a milestone in live Internet broadcasting," said Joanne Bradford, VP and chief media officer at Microsoft's MSN unit, in a statement.

Live Earth featured dozens of musical acts -- from Madonna to Metallica -- playing from multiple venues over a 24 hour period on July 7. The combined concerts were expected to draw a total live audience of more than 2 billion people.

As the last two of the nine Live Earth concerts got underway, MSN product manager Karin Muskopf said the number of streams had surpassed the previous record held by 2005's Live 8 global concerts to fight poverty.

"We have exceeded any other online entertainment event," Muskopf said. "It's really exciting to see the enthusiasm for the concert."

The real show was a great entertainment for those how could not watch live the favorites artists. The web site made opportunities for the watchers to feel the beat and the music on line.
